Job Description

As the Inventory Analyst, you will coordinate analysis to ensure inventory meets production schedule needs. 


In this role, you will be trusted to:

  • Research equipment, repair part, allowance, supply and inventory problems.
  • Schedule and revise shipment plans to ensure efficient product distribution to satisfy customers.
  • Analyze inventory levels, production speed and product demand to determine reorder levels that ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs.
  • Develop detailed inventory scenarios and identify trends.
  • Lead the evaluation of on-site inventories.
  • Participate in major procedure and system studies.
  • Ensure systems and processes meet inventory supply requirements.


  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years related experience.
  • Requires strong analytical skills, thorough knowledge of inventory processes and strong command over mathematics and statistical tools used in analysis process.
  • Must be effective in prioritizing activities and addressing details.
  • Must have strong organization and problem solving skills.
  • Requires extensive knowledge of typical operations in manufacturing organizations and their dependency on the inventory.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to use MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
