Job Description

The Lennox marketing team is about to kick-off several strategic lead generation campaigns, and this is your opportunity to play a critical part.


You will be at the intersection of marketing and sales as you work with the Digital Marketing team to prospect and qualify leads for the sales team. You’ll have best-in-class technology and resources at your fingertips such as Salesforce CRM and training programs from Power Selling Pros.


This role will KICKSTART your sales and marketing career. You will become an expert in these areas:

- B2B lead generation

- Sales Prospecting

- Salesforce CRM

- Marketing Automation

- Online Research

- Sales and marketing terminology and process

- Customized Outreach via email, telephone and social media

- Active Listening and Adaptability

- Gain a deep understanding of the HVAC market


Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Entry Level.

Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
