Job Description

About the role

We have two exciting opportunities at our Stuttgart, Arkansas manufacturing facility for someone with a passion for helping others and being organized and resourcefulThe HR Coordinator will be a first point of contact for candidates, employees and visitors to the facility and will provide administrative support to the Stuttgart team.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Provide customer service support to our employees, candidates, and visitors by communicating effectively, being helpful, and answering questions.
  • Facilitate the movement of candidates through the recruitment process, such as updating tracking spreadsheets, scheduling interviews, facilitating candidate travel, processing referrals, and assisting with career fairs.
  • Welcome visitors to the facility and ensure adherence to safety and security protocols.
  • Coordinate customer and executive visits, answer general injuries, route calls, and provide administrative support to the facility.
  • Assists the HR team with administrative duties including, resetting passwords, establishing files, answering calls, making badges, and other data entry needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of relevant experience in the human resources profession may be counted in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

 

Top candidates will also have:

  • Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with recruiting coordination and data analysis
