• Schedule all brazer training and coordinate with the managers.
• Train the 9 Step brazer process.
• Train on the basic HVAC refrigerant cycle.
• Administer written & practical test.
• Keep training records for HR to maintain.
• Be able to braze on the track and line
• Maintain stick adherence to all training processes and criteria.

• Brazer lll or above.
• Effective communication and the ability to instruct.
• Intermediate proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point skills.
• Extremely organized.
• Detailed oriented.
