Job Description

WHAT IS THE ROLE? 

We're seeking a Marketing Analyst Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies. As a Marketing Analyst Manager, you will be at the forefront of decision-making, responsible for delving into market dynamics, assessing product and service potential, and optimizing promotional efforts. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing data on sales, market trends, competitors, pricing, and distribution channels to inform our marketing strategies. If you thrive on transforming information into actionable plans and have a knack for turning data into success stories, we want you on our team!

 

WHAT WILL THE JOB LOOK LIKE? 

  • Outlining measurement plans for comprehensive, multichannel B2B marketing, sales and distributor programs and campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders throughout the company, share ideas and insights, and influence data-driven improvements to the business
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to evaluate the effectiveness of current marketing campaigns, identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic enhancements
  • Defining a set of key metrics that embodies the underlying drivers of the business
  • Identifying and enhancing data collection and analysis processes, and quantitative models
  • Uncovering new analytical models, tools and applications that can add incremental value to the organization
  • Build the analytic framework for uncovering actionable insights based on multiple data sources
  • Ensure data and insights are communicated effectively in a way that is tailored and contextualized to the target audience
  • Creating an annual analytics research agenda that aligns resourcing with critical business unknowns
  • Creating and socializing the mission, vision and values of the analytics team
  • Lead the design and implementation of automated and actionable dashboards and reports
  • Contribute to cross-functional data teams and help manage data acquisition, management and governance processes
  • Continue evolving the team from a data provisioner to a strategic business partner
  • Identify, hire and develop relevant analytical talent
  • Supervise direct reports in delivering high quality, accurate, and methodologically consistent advanced analytics results
  • Lead, mentor, and grow team members responsible for analytical solutions to enable better decisions by the organization

Qualifications

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • An MBA or equivalent is preferred
  • Requires at least 7 - 10 years related experience
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert analytic and critical thinking skills
  • Expert in database and analytic tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, SQL, Oracle, QlikView, Tableau
  • Advanced business acumen and keen understanding of market dynamics
  • Specialized expertise in a broad variety of marketing concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Expert in leading market research projects from start to finish
  • Expert leadership abilities.
