Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Manage and develop strong relationships with LII Private Label customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and positive long-term relationships by addressing needs, concerns, and inquiries.
  • Collaborate customer sales plans in a clear and compelling manner to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Liaison with cross-functional teams, production planning and forecasting, marketing program leaders (as required) and internal PL Team on key needs and issues.
  • Manage pricing in collaboration with pricing team; understand channel pricing effects with both 2-Step and 3-Step models.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of the HVAC industry, including emerging trends and regulations.
  • Proficient with Private Label strategy and product lines
  • Execute NPI communications in collaboration with PL Program manager and follow up functions required by customer.
  • Co-owner of Dealer Private branded program with Private Label Program manager.
  • Continuous Improvement: identifying areas to improve the Private Label Process
  • Assists on-boarding of new Private label customers.
  • Actively participates in MRT.
  • Some travel required to customer location or meetings as planned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • HVAC experience preferred but not required.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Proficient with Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and Outlook., QLIK, Salesforce, and user of technology to communicate and share information (i.e., Teams and OneNote).

 

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $94,00 to $120,000 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.
