Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

We are seeking a process and detail-oriented Vendor Recovery Representative to evaluate and process warranty claims for aftermarket parts and components used in our equipment. Part of this role will include referring highly unusual situations to escalation leadership for review and reconciliation. Additionally, the person in this role will assist with training, updating documentation, reporting, and special projects. 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Customer support via email and phone, which includes gathering specified details for recovery returns and authorizations and resolving disputes.
  • Submitting warranty claims with aftermarket parts and component suppliers.
  • Tracking warranty recovery credits due and credits paid with Lennox Account Payable.
  • Initiating authorizations and vendor return shipping information for Lennox Stores and Warehouse teams.
  • Researching the recovery process of new vendors and establishing and communicating those procedures for the Warranty, Stores, and Warehouse teams, and customers.
  • Processing product registrations and managing the registration process for the Lennox Residential Heating & Cooling team’s national accounts.
  • Supporting the Warranty team as needed.
  • Additional special projects as assigned.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $47,200 - $61,950 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

  • Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.  
  • Requires at least 4 years related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with the ability to utilize PivotTable and VLOOKUP functions within Excel.
  • Strong time management skills, detail-oriented, and efficient data entry.
  • Must have a working knowledge of warranty review processes.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focused on details.
  • Provide great customer service focusing on building relationships.
  • Ability to navigate SAP and other relevant applications.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Basic Financial acumen.
