WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Responsible for overseeing the go to market strategy to achieve annual sales, margin, and market share gain goals for the category. Also responsible for overseeing the development of multi-generational product technology and development plans and launching new products annually to achieve strategic product line vitality goals. In summary, responsible for directing the product lifecycle management of the portfolio of products.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Professional Experience Desired:
Prior experience with a HVAC product manufacturer or similar industry required. Additionally, prior functional experience in sales, engineering, marketing, category management, or product management required.
Demonstrated Job Skills from Professional Experience:
Prior experience managing a product line’s lifecycle. Prior experience selling, marketing, and developing new products. Prior experience managing a product line portfolio to achieve sales, margin, and market share goals. Product development or marketing of residential HVAC products preferred.
Demonstrated Competencies from Professional Experience:
Proven ability to build and lead highly effective, cross functional teams that drive results. Ability to effectively develop and communicate a strategic vision and purpose for a new idea or objective both to management and the team. Ability to manage complexity and conflict within the team, and cross functionally, to make quality decisions. Ability to situationally adapt style and approach to create buy-in, followership, and drive results in a positive manner. Ability to grow and develop talent on a team.
