The Sr Product Marketing Manager, will lead the commercialization activities with the Residential Sales and Marketing teams for the Controls & Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) product lines. They will champion the Voice of the Customer (VoC), act as a brand evangelist, lead field sales communication and training for both product categories while driving internal and external engagement. Post launch, the Product Marketing Manager will monitor the performance of the category and be instrumental in creating programs to achieve the annual plan. The product lines include Lennox branded thermostats, zoning equipment, smart home accessories, filtration, air purification, UV lamps, humidity control equipment and ventilation products.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $124,800 - $163,800 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.
