Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Interview Scheduling Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Scheduler will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the interview process for prospective candidates applying for positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking and will have excellent communication skills.

 

  1. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers using Outlook calendar.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process regarding interview details, providing timely and professional communication on location logistics and interview expectations.
  3. Ensure interviews are scheduled correctly and accurately.
  4. Proactively identify and address scheduling conflicts or challenges and propose creative solutions to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  5. Assist with the coordination of virtual interviews, providing technical support and troubleshooting as necessary to ensure seamless execution.
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the interview scheduling process by identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
  7. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive candidate information and communications.

 

The compensation range for this position is approximately $48,450 - $59,850 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.

 

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in administrative support, scheduling, or customer service roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft office (Excel, Work, Teams), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant technology platforms.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also independently managing tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
