WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

 

As the Talent Management Specialist II, you will implement and maintain systems, processes, and programs in support of leadership and organization development and effectiveness. Programs and systems include, but not limited to performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, succession management, HR “toolkits,” and employee engagement strategies. 

  • Conduct research and analyze data in relation to the alignment and success of company goals, which includes identifying skill gaps and developing critical feedback on implemented training programs.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders to enhance their performance. 
  • Support the implementation of a variety of talent management initiatives, including Performance Management, Onboarding, Employee Survey initiatives, Learning and Development initiatives, Leadership Development programs and Succession Planning. 
  • Function as an internal resource to assist employees and managers in meeting employee development needs. 
  • Assist with the assessment of the training needs of the organization and participate in the development of in-house learning resources for Learning and Organizational Development 
  • Assist in the delivery and facilitation of organizational development and learning solutions, tool kits and resources to support employee and team development. 
  • Participate in the implementation of appropriate change management initiatives associated with organizational transition activities.

Qualifications

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 1 year of experience in organizational and learning development. 2-3 years of experience preferred. 
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to professionally interact with peers, managers, and executives at all levels of the organization. 
  • Solid consulting, coaching, analytical and instructional design skills. 
  • Experience with blended learning techniques (e-learning, instructor led, etc.). 
  • Technically savvy with the ability to oversee and use performance management and learning development software programs. Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia) preferable. 
  • Solid presentation and overall communication skills (both verbal and written). 
  • Ability to work autonomously and to deal with ambiguity. 
  • Highly organized, able to wear multiple hats, and accomplish a multitude of tasks in fast-moving environment. 
  • Exceptional customer service focus 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams). Advanced Excel skills strongly desired.

The compensation range for this position is approximately $58,000 - $77,000 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education
