National Account Services (NAS), wholly owned by Lennox International, a 100+ year old company and a world leader in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. Job Description

As a Contract Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of contracts within our organization. Collaborating closely with the National Account Manager (NAM), Pricing Analyst, and other key stakeholders, you will oversee the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to completion. Your attention to detail and meticulous approach will be critical in accurately populating contractual information, managing pricing updates, and processing cancellations or transfers as per customer requests. With your strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, you will uphold the highest standards of contract management while contributing to the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with NAM and Pricing Analyst to obtain and finalize PM contracts.
  • Manage creation and scheduling of new PM locations in Great Plains and MFO.
  • Populate contractual information and pricing accurately in MFO.
  • Process cancellations of PM locations and SCIDs as per customer requests.
  • Update SCID prices and manage bulk changes as needed.
  • Handle transfers of locations between branches and address changes efficiently.
  • Review and correct discrepancies in contract reports daily.
  • Run auto bill reports and collaborate with Accounting for monthly billing.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures and controls for contract management.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in Business Administration or two year relevant experience in related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in contract administration or related role preferred.
