• Good Attendance, (4) Four or less incidents at the time of the posting.
• Must not have any safety warnings/writeups in the past 12 months.
• Must be a full time employee and possess a good work record.
• Must be able to read a tape measure and blueprints accurately.
• Must have good teamwork skills.
• Basic Comprehension of Mechancial Diagrams.
• Basic Math Skills including fractions and decimals.
• Must be able to interpret part drawings.
• Must read measurement tools.
• Must be able and willing to train other employees.
• Proficient operator of more than 2 pieces of equipment or operator of key fab machines.

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires 1-3 years related experience.

Thorough working knowledge of contemporary manufacturing and distribution processes. Able to read tape measure, perform calculations, and write legibly. Reads and interprets specifications and assembly schematics. Basic ability to effectively coach and influence others while socializing/reinforcing the appropriate functional/operational direction. Effective verbal communication. Displays sound judgment and leadership. Working knowledge of IT solutions. Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
