Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

The HR Operations Lead will oversee recruiting, HR operations and process improvement for the Stuttgart facility. The Stuttgart facility has approximately 1600. This role will have a small team of recruiters and HR Coordinators reporting to it.

  • Responsible for the full scope of activities associated with the development of comprehensive recruiting strategy for hourly and salary positions.
  • Manages HR projects including benchmarking HR programs against market practice, the implementation of new HR programs, the redesign of existing programs.
  • Manages the employee performance cycle including goal setting, review, talent reviews, and the merit process.
  • Oversees HR administrative tasks such as records maintenance, general inquires and systems maintenance
  • Oversees HR reporting for the site including absenteeism, turnover, etc., and makes recommendation to improve.
  • Active participant in promoting corporate human resources initiatives.
  • Assists with employee engagement events for the site.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, a related field or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
  • Requires broad expertise in the design, implementation, and administration of HR programs.
  • A good working knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with UGK Dimension is a plus
  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to utilize and recognize ways to improve workflow efficiency and increase productivity.
  • Must have strong analytical skills
  • Must have strong project management skills

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $97k - $120k and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.
