The Category Manager - Parts & Supplies plays a pivotal role in driving the success of Lennox International's Sourced Products / Aftermarket Parts & Supplies Team.
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive analytical and systems support to optimize marketing and sales efforts across channels and categories. The Category Manager will collaborate with various internal teams, including Inventory Optimization, Sourcing, Category Management, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless vendor management and product lifecycle oversight.
The Category Manager will also spearhead efforts to streamline processes, address supply chain challenges, and enhance the overall customer value proposition. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to apply broad marketing and merchandising knowledge to drive category performance.
