WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

We have an exciting opportunity at our Stuttgart, Arkansas manufacturing facility for a Consultant who can proactively drive the initiatives outlined below.  The Consultant will ensure the successful implementation and long-term sustainability of these programs throughout our 750,000 square-foot manufacturing plant. 

• Develop and implement an annual equipment downtime schedule
• Analyze and mitigate downtime causes and develop and implement corrective actions and strategies to minimize future downtime
• Optimize reporting through SAP
• Revitalize the preventive maintenance program and ensure it is effectively supporting the plant's operational needs
• Conduct comprehensive equipment condition assessments to assess their current condition and identify areas of improvement
• Conduct a detailed skills assessment of the maintenance team to identify key competencies and skill gaps

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Requires Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Requires at least 5 years related experience
• A strategic vision to analyze the manintenance programs and processes of a 750,000 square-foot manufacturing facility and implement change where needed
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Communicates clearly and effectively
• Ability to apply maintenance best practices
• Ability to organize and plan tasks

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $84k - $105k and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.
