Job Description

As a Multimedia/ Video Production Co-op, you will play a crucial role in crafting visual content that resonates with our internal and external audience. The primary focus will be on producing and assisting in producing long and short-form videos and reels that showcase the Lennox story through our products and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with the Corporate Communications team to brainstorm and develop video concepts that are in sync with our brand identity and departmental goals.
  • Take charge of editing and producing concise, impactful short-form videos and reels that grab attention and foster engagement on internal and external platforms.
  • Bridge the gap between on-set production and post-production, ensuring a smooth transition and setup of footage for editing.
  • Assist on-set, providing guidance or overseeing the camera operation to ensure the footage is captured with correct exposure and composition.
  • Manage the logging, editing, and enhancement of raw footage.
  • Coordinate with various teams to guarantee content accuracy and consistency with campaign objectives.
  • Serve as a Dialogue Editor, ensuring clarity of speech, absence of unwanted sounds, and dialogue synchronization with the video.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree (Bachelor’s or technical degree) in videography, film, multimedia, or equivalent combination of related education and experience
  • Demonstrated experience in video editing, supported by a portfolio that showcases your skill in creating captivating long and short-form videos.
  • Proficiency in operating cinema-style and mirrorless cameras, with a foundational understanding of cinematic techniques for video capture.
  • Expertise in video editing software (like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Audition) and familiarity with video production workflows.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media content trends, particularly viral video elements across various platforms.
  • A creative and original thinker with the ability to ideate unique concepts.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
