WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As a VRF Sales Manager, you will be responsible for VRF product sales by developing a consultative relationship with specifying engineers, manufacturer’s representatives, residential and commercial contractors.
WHAT WE OFFER
This role is a 100% remote position requiring up to 50% travel within your designated territory of the Florida region including the metropolitian areas of Maimi, Ft Lauderdale, and Orlando.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This position offers a commission-based incentive plan with a compensation range of $90,000-125,000k (70% base salary plus 30% commission assuming attainment at plan) which will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education. In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn up additional compensation in bonuses, plus uncapped payouts for “over-target” commissions.
