WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Under limited supervision, assists with setting up, checking, and correcting operational and experimental electrical machinery, circuitry, and equipment.
• Repairs and maintains sophisticated electrical/electronic equipment or systems.
• Interprets electrical diagrams to understand operation of equipment.
• Operates test equipment to evaluate performance of developmental parts and assemblies and record results.

  • Electrostatic Discharge Tester
  • Data Acquisition Equipment
  • Programmable Power Supplies
• Analyze and interpret test information to resolve design-related problems.
• Works under pre-established guidelines and engineering specifications.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A two year degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Requires at least 5 years related experience.
  Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Understanding of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment.
• Expert knowledge of tools, technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
