WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

 

This District Manager will be responsible for achieving team sales goals within a defined geographic area.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develops sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals. This is the primary level sales manager, responsible for the day-to-day activities of the field sales organization.
  • Reviews and approves or rejects sales agreements based on factors such as profitability.
  • May have direct selling responsibility in key accounts.
  • Coaches and mentor sales representatives.

This position is required to be in the office on a hybrid schedule and it offers a commission-based incentive plan with a compensation range of $172k - $225,750 which will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education. 

 

In addition, you will have a company car plus the opportunity to earn bonuses, plus uncapped payouts for “over-target” commissions.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 8 years related experience.
  • Must have an understanding of the business impact of sales contracts and selling expenses.
  • Must be able to manage the work of team members to optimize performance.
  • Requires expert abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time.
  • Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Knows principles and processes for providing customer service.
  • This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Requires substantial industry and product knowledge.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
