Job Description

 As a Graduate Sales Academy Associate, you will work alongside one of our district sales teams. You will gain hands-on experience working directly with various Lennox team members including Counter Sales Associates, Inside Sales Representatives, Territory Managers as well as engaging and building relationships directly with our customers. In addition to our career advancement opportunities and a great work environment, once you complete our training program, including Outside Sales and Customer Service classes (18 weeks), and participate in a Customer Success Onboarding program (12 weeks) with a total of 30 weeks sales training program, you are eligible for full-time positions in Sales, Stores or other similar functions. The program will kick off in July of 2025.

 

You will effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers. Ensure warranties are properly taken care of in a timely manner. Follows and adheres to all safety, health and security and environmental standards. Will perform as Store Manager when needed, including scheduling, ordering and open/close procedures. Generates leads for outside sales staff, proactively sell in support of company promotions. Responds to and investigate customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, fax, and mail. Under direct supervision, sells products, services, supplies to selected customers in a designated market area or accounts via inbound or outbound telephone contacts. Participates in outside sales appointments and other sales training. Participates in and successfully completes all graduate sales academy training program requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree required. Prior sales, customer service, retail or cashier experience preferred.

Requires strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time. Some knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Knows some principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Effective at written and verbal communication. Has basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
