Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 10 years related experience. Experience in durable manufacturing plant preferably in an HVAC or similar appliance industry preferred.
Demonstrated strong skill in the development, implementation, and utilization of CMM systems preferred. Previous fabrication experience required. Tool and die experience preferred. Minimum of 3 to 5 years previous supervisory experience required. Demonstrated computer skills (Microsoft Office) and e-mail required. Knowledge of SAP desired. Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated strong planning and organizational ability. Demonstrated strong working knowledge of lean principles. Previous Kaizen experience preferred. Demonstrated strong ability to work with hourly and salaried employees as a team.
