WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
This is a senior role and part of the Pricing team within the Finance Department. As a Pricing Strategy Analyst, you will collaborate with leadership, internal and external stakeholders and team members to establish pricing strategies for our diverse product portfolio. Utilizing various data sources and analytical techniques, you will determine competitive yet profitable pricing.
As the pricing strategy analyst, you will first spend time understanding the company, our products, brands and financial targets. You will collaborate with others to learn about our customers and the way we go to market. You will establish alliances with Pricing and IT colleagues across the different Lennox segments. You will then determine and recommend SAP/Vendavo deployed pricing framework that is repeatable, efficient and effective.
Other responsibilities include conducting analyses, making recommendations, creating and maintaining business models, contributing to the annual budget and monthly forecasts, and providing financial guidance to leadership. You will work closely with the pricing manager to lead specific planning and reporting activities, regularly engage with leadership, and contribute to senior-level presentations.

Compensation:
This is a salaried exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $84,800-111,300 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual’s tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employees in this role are also eligible for annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
