Successful candidates will be responsible for completing assigned tasks in timely manner, ensuring goals for safety, quality and delivery are achieved on a daily basis.  Assigned tasks may vary based on business needs.  After 90 day introductory period, successfull candidates will receive a pay increase and assignment to specific department/position:

Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:

• At least 1 year of continuous work experience with 1 employer in the last 2 years
• Prefer 1 year or more of manufacturing experience
• Ability to understand and follow written instructions for standard work, safety and quality
• Effective communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to analyze and trouble shoot problems in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Additional Requirements:

• Able to remain in stationary position for extended periods of time
• Able to stand 100% of the work day
• Ability to lift, push, pull, move up to 40 pounds frequently
• Must be able to bend, stoop, twish and reach in all directions frequently
• Able to work flexible hours and over-time when required
• Assembly workers may be required to braze if needed by production- this would also require successful completion of braze training and certification
