Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

 

The Operations Training Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing training for the operations team members at the Stuttgart, AR facility.  Our facility is 750,000 square foot facility with over 1,700 employees and is the foundation of the Lennox North America Commercial Unitary HVAC business. As Lennox continues to invest behind this operation, the Operations Training Supervisor will support Stuttgart’s mission by developing and implementing training to the workforce while providing a great place to work.  

 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with operations to determine the training needs of the workforce including the technical requirements
  • Develop, implement, and oversee training programs for operations employees including assembly, fabrications, and special skills including but not limited to brazing and run test
  • Monitor and analyze the results of training programs to evaluate their effectiveness and make improvements

Qualifications

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Requires at least 3 years related training experience
  • Must have strong PowerPoint skills
  • Must have strong presentation skills
  • Must have the ability to build strong relationships
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Must have ability to analyze data
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills
  • Must have proven written and verbal skills
  • Ability to utilize and recognize ways to improve workflow efficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
