Heatcraft Refrigeration is a long-standing leader in the world of commercial refrigeration, providing climate-control solutions. Their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the cities of Stone Mountain and Tifton, Georgia, produce evaporators, condensers, compressor racks, and other top-quality refrigeration products for their five market-leading brands: Bohn, Larkin, Climate Control, Chandler, and InterLink. Heatcraft products are primarily used to preserve food and other perishables in supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, warehouses and distribution centers, in addition to other applications such as data centers, pharmaceutical and industrial process cooling.

Job Description

The Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions.  This individual partner with cross-functional business stakeholders, product management and engineering teams to drive ongoing system improvements of our CRM (Salesforce).  This role also requires a solid technical background that includes functional knowledge of Salesforce administration, declarative and programmatic development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technical solutions.

  • Document detailed business processes and workflows to support seamless system integration and process improvements.

  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of new Salesforce features and enhancements.

  • Analyze system performance and user feedback to identify areas for continuous improvement and optimize Salesforce functionality.

  • Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions when implementing new Salesforce features or system updates.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, ideally gained within a manufacturing environment.
  • At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting technical issues on the Salesforce platform.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM implementations, business process improvements, and developing configuration changes to enhance platform functionality.
  • Solid proficiency in key Salesforce applications such as Salesforce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or Analytics Cloud.
  • Must have experience in generating Salesforce reports and training staff on new features.

This is an in-office position, requiring attendance from Monday to Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.
