At Lennox, we believe in growing and developing our talent. As the Risk Analyst II, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and planning strategies for improving risk management, including suggesting behaviors and developing processes to optimize global risk.
As a Risk Management team member, you will be an advocate of the Risk Management process and exemplify an inquisitive spirit, understand risk financing, leverage strong data management and reporting capabilities, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will listen to, educate, and influence cross-functional risk owners with recommendations and tools to mitigate risk. You will be challenged to improve the visibility of risk and influence management behavior through performance metrics and benchmarking.

Benefits:
The compensation range for this position is approximately $62,000 - $82,000 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education
