Under general direction, this Software Engineer will perform advanced engineering designs relating to systems software for embedded systems, electronic components and control systems.

 

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

 

  • Handle advanced aspects of design, development and integration of embedded software components and applications.
  • Plan, conduct and technically direct projects or major phases of significant projects.
  • Coordinate the efforts of engineering support staff.
  • Design and develop Windows Software applications.
  • Implement software components based on applicable specifications and design.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

 

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 8 years related experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Wide ranging expertise in complex aspects of software coding, software design, integration, simulation, communication protocols.
  • Familiar with software development tools.
  • Able to coordinate and direct the work of teams.
