Job Description

This warranty representative evaluates and processes warranty claims, and also supports dealers and homeowners by phone and e-mail. The person in this position will refer highly unusual situations to a higher authority for review and reconciliation.

 

Duties include, but are not limited to: 

  • Provide customer service for questions related to warranty and product registration.
  • Provide technical support for online tools to track warranty claims and product registration.
  • Review warranty claims.
  • Resolve most non-standard warranty items independently.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 2 years related experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requires a working knowledge of products and parts. Must have developing knowledge of warranty review processes. Ability to navigate SAP and other relevant applications.
