Warranty Claims Analyst is responsible for processing and analyzing warranty claims submitted by Distributors. This role involves evaluating claims for validity, ensuring compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Review and process warranty claims.
• Liaise with Distributor and internal departments to resolve claim issues and provide updates.
• Generate and maintain reports on warranty claims, including trends and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices for warranty claims management.
• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with warranty policies
• Ability to navigate SAP and other relevant applications.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
