Job Description

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $45,050 - $55,650 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.

 

Under general direction, evaluates and processes warranty claims and product registrations. Supports customers and homeowners by phone and e-mail.

 

Duties include, but are not limited to: 

  • Provides customer service and support related to warranty and product registration.
  • Able to meet SLA requirements.
  • Resolves complex non-standard warranty items independently.
  • Refers highly unusual situations to higher authority for review and reconciliation.
  • Handles situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to claim complexity.
  • Provides technical support for online tools to track warranty claims and product registration.
  • Provides liaison with customers during post delivery times.

Qualifications

Requirements:

 

  • High School diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Requires at least six months call center experiences and at least 2 year’s related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Requires a working knowledge of products and parts
  • Must have developing knowledge of warranty review processes
  • Ability to navigate SAP and other relevant applications
  • Advance problem solving abilities
