WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As the Manager of VRF Sales, you will be responsible for achieving team sales goals within a defined geographic area. This is the primary level sales manager, responsible for the day-to-day activities of the field sales organization.

Lennox offers employees a variety of flexible work options. This position is a hybrid role working Monday through Thursday in the office with the option to work on Friday at home and up to 25% travel throughout the year.

Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role:
Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
Compensation:
The Compensation range (80% base salary / 20% commission split) for this position is approximately $140,000-180,000 and will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education. In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn additional bonuses.
