Job Description

Position Summary:

 

The Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty. This role focuses on ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints, contributing to campaign development, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to bring the brand to life. The ideal candidate is a creative and organized marketer with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Brand Support & Campaign Execution:

  • Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to support brand objectives
  • Coordinates the creation and placement of advertising in various media, including external and internal-facing websites
  • Creates and updates graphics, brochures, company or product fact sheets, logos, and other promotional products
  • Coordinates with outside agencies on the preparation of advertising and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.

 

Content Development & Management:

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content for digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Develops promotional content for use at points of sales, exhibitions, conferences, and similar events
  • Manage content calendars for internal and outside agencies and oversee the production of marketing assets, including copy, graphics, and videos.
  • Monitor and update brand assets to ensure alignment with current brand guidelines.
  • Maintains Messaging Matrix and applies consistently across media.

 

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Researches and develops content for publication of products
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.

 

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams, such as Product, Sales, and Customer Experience, to align brand initiatives with company goals.
  • Support external vendor and agency relationships to facilitate project execution.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.

 

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and organize brand documentation, guidelines, and archives.
  • Track and report key top-of-funnel metrics, such as impressions, CTR, followers, and lead generation.
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for brand marketing activities.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or a related role.

 

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing fundamentals.
  • Demonstrates proactive initiative and drive, pitching new ideas and ways of doing things to management.
  • Must coordinate effectively with internal and external resources to deliver quality marketing products.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to contribute to campaign ideation.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $61k - $76k and will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education.
