Lennox is looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Manager, Human Resources (HR) to join our team and shape the future of our workforce. In this critical role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic counsel and direction to leaders across our Corporate functions, including members of the C-suite. Your expertise will help us navigate the complexities of talent management while aligning our HR strategies with our business goals.
As a key leader, you’ll design and implement initiatives that not only attract and retain top talent but also elevate Lennox’s ability to achieve ambitious growth objectives. From evaluating workforce needs to adapting current HR programs, you’ll ensure we remain ahead of industry trends and positioned for success.
In addition to their HR Business Partner responsibilities, this leader will dedicate approximately 25–30% of their time to driving enterprise-wide talent initiatives. These initiatives may include, but are not limited to, enhancing HR processes, advancing diversity and inclusion efforts, spearheading training and development programs, fostering career growth, and shaping succession planning and leadership development strategies.

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $102k - $133k annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus of 10% in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
