Job Description

Our Core Values of Integrity, Respect and Excellence are more than just what we say, they are what we do!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Lennox International is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to drive process innovation, support, and continuous improvement within the sales operations team. This role is instrumental in ensuring data integrity, analyzing sales and quoting processes, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to optimize operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and enhance sales and quoting processes to drive operational efficiencies and improvements.
  • Ensure data integrity and utilize data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Research and assess economic conditions and market trends impacting sales performance.
  • Provide recommendations to refine sales strategies, techniques, and promotional efforts.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support senior sales management.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase market share, penetrate new markets, and improve margins.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, transparency, and accountability in all communications and reporting.

WHAT DRIVES SUCCESS:

Having the right qualifications is only a part of what it takes to be a successful employee. At Lennox International, we believe in following a set of behaviors and competencies to achieve your full potential. In this position, it is vital that you embody these core competencies:

  • Situational Adaptability: You flex your approach and demeanor to suit various scenarios. You successfully shift gears as new developments and competing priorities arise – balancing routine tasks, urgent action items, and long-term projects is second nature for you.
  • Decision Quality:You make thoughtful and timely decisions with the best interest of the organization in mind, prioritizing and organizing key deliverables and ensuring stakeholder buy in.
  • Drives Results: You show pride in “getting the job done” with a bias for action, going above and beyond to ensure your responsibilities have been met. During high pressure moments, you work diligently to meet deadlines and show value in your work.

This is a salaried exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $63,200 – $82,900 annually.  Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual’s tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual Broad Base Bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.  Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Must have expert knowledge of SAP query design, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Office including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prefers at least 3 years of related experience.
  • Ability to assess processes and identify gaps.
  • Project management skills – the ability to manage “light projects” alone and partner with stakeholders and the Senior Manager of Sales Operations on “large projects”.
  • Forecast analysis experience.
  • Contract Management experience.
  • Strong communication – able to “translate” data into clear analytical results and recommendations.
  • Strong teamwork/leadership skills – while this role does not have reports, it is a lead role and teamwork/leadership skills are key.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
  • Proven strategic thinking abilities to assess trends and implement process improvements.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and project management for key programs.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated with a high bias for action and accountability.
  • Highly ethical and transparent communicator, addressing issues proactively.
  • Experience with sales operations, reporting tools, and data analysis preferred.
