This engineer participates in pre- and post-sales HVACR technical support, which includes providing commissioning, installation, testing and maintenance services to customers. Responsibilities include correctly applying the product portfolio.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 1 year related experience.
Excellent customer service skills, strong math and mechanical knowledge. Has substantial knowledge of calculations required for correctly applying equipment and equipment integration. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
