  • Define project scope and performance criteria, develop timelines, estimate capital budgets, and manage project spend to support project charters.
  • Evaluate risks and interdependencies across large-scale capital projects and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans as appropriate.
  • Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and maintain effective communication with senior leadership, external vendors, functional leaders, and key stakeholders throughout all phases of the project.
  • Collaborate effectively across departments and organizational levels to ensure alignment with company goals and timely execution of project deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing solutions to a variety of complex problems using business acumen, technical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Direct project teams by assigning responsibilities, identifying required resources, and establishing critical milestones to optimize project timelines and outcomes.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships through consistent communication, engagement strategies, and expectation management.
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management, planning, and organizational capabilities to maintain focus on project priorities.
  • Leverage business analysis skills to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the implementation and application of the Lennox Unified Management System to promote operational excellence.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications through thorough review and oversight.
  • Coordinate vendor contributions, monitor progress, and validate deliverables to ensure integration with project objectives.
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to internal teams, offering insight and direction where needed.
  • Lead problem-solving efforts by conducting thorough analyses, recommending solutions, and executing corrective actions.
  • Make informed decisions regarding project scope adjustments and scheduling changes to maintain alignment with overall project goals.
  • Monitor and manage budgets to ensure financial compliance and cost control across all project activities.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven experience overseeing full-cycle build projects, including vendor management and regulatory compliance.

  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, building codes, and permitting processes.

  • Skilled at managing external partners (GCs, architects, engineers) and internal stakeholders.
