Job Description

 

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our most strategic projects across our supply chain distribution network, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

This role is responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of multiple large projects, providing a single point of contact for those projects. This includes taking projects from original concept through final implementation

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Utilize strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, including developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, and conducting project meetings for tracking and analysis.
  • Be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of driving project success and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Define project scope and performance criteria, develop timelines, estimate capital budgets, and manage project spend to support project charters.
  • Analyze risks and interdependencies across multiple large-scale, capital projects, and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to lead a cross-functional team, while effectively coordinating with senior leadership, external suppliers/vendors, functional area leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Interact and collaborate comfortably with other teams and at all levels of the organization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in developing solutions to a variety of complex problems using business acumen, technical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Coordinate project teams, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources, develop critical path milestones, and optimize resource utilization to ensure timely completion of projects and achievement of client expectations.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage project stakeholders and appropriate communication, engagement, and support.
  • Demonstrate time management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate business analysis skills.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Support the development and usage of the Lennox Unified Management System.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
  • Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables.
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team.
  • Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions to problems.
  • Make decisions on project requirements and schedule changes.
  • Ensure budgetary compliance.

 

Qualifications

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 5 years related experience managing supply chain projects.
  • PMP or equivalent certification required.
  • Broad expertise in project planning methodologies.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills and Experience with MS Office Suite.
  • Must be able to engage project team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines without direct managerial authority.

The compensation range for this position is approximately $88,000 - $115,000 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education
