Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

 

The Parts Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of parts within the organization, from initial setup in SAP to deactivation. This role requires a high level of proficiency in SAP and a keen attention to detail to ensure accurate part management, substitutions, and discontinuations. The Parts Coordinator will work cross-functionally with various teams to maintain a seamless and efficient parts database

 

Duties include, but are not limited to: 

 

· Work closely with Lennox and other parts coordinators to set up news parts in SAP MDM

· Maintain a detailed spreadsheet of status of each part

· Create BOMS, information records, schedule agreements, parts views for new parts

· Manage the part substitution and deletion process

· Create work Excess & Obsolete report

· Create 3rd party PO’s for Customer Service

· Makes necessary changes to SAP Material Master when repair, parts are discontinued.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

 

Education & Experience

  • Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Requires at least 2 years related experience.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Ability to multi-task, organized
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and customers.

 

WHAT WE OFFER: 

Lennox offers employees a variety of flexible work options.  This position is a hybrid role working Monday through Thursday in the office with the option to work on Friday at home.

 

Compensation:

This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $50,000 - $66,150 annually.  Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual’s tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

 

Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
