Job Description

 

 As a key technical expert, the person in this position leads financial planning and analysis activities as well as strategic initiatives for Lennox corporate sourcing, with a special focus on tariffs.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Works closely with top management on understanding the financial impacts of strategic initiatives and provides insight and direction.
  • Provides support to business operations and acts as an analytical engine to the organization to provide insights that supports ‘optimal’ business decision making.
  • Initiates process improvements and oversees the continued development of annual operation plan, financial guidance, operational support, and complex modeling tools.
  • Operates autonomously as a financial subject matter expert within the analytic team and collaborates cross-functionally with all departments.
  • Prepares, publishes, and presents critical financial reporting to all levels of business leadership including segment CFO’s.
  • Supports the financial forecast process and cadence through reporting, analysis and financial guidance.
  • Support the development and upkeep of financial models and other analytical tools to enhance the efficiency of business applications and processes.
  • Supports needs of less-experienced financial analysts as needed.
  • Displays high motivation and eagerness to learn, drive high quality results, and create value added impacts to the business.
  • Position is highly visible to executive leadership and suited for continued growth in FP&A knowledge, management, and career progression.

 

Qualifications

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prefer at least 8 years related experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with very strong Excel skill (Access skills a plus).
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion) preferred.
  • Advanced aptitude in problem solving.
  • Strong leadership skills and initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

The compensation range for this position is approximately $102,000 - $133,000 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education
