Job Description

As an Intern at Lennox, you will be a part of a team of innovative and knowledgeable industry professionals. You can expect to participate in impactful, developmental projects designed for your specific area of focus. This is approximately a 10 to 12-week program that will provide you with real work experiences to grow your career and provide exposure to business leaders throughout the company. Successful interns will have the potential opportunity of joining Lennox Full-Time upon graduation. Relocation and/or travel may be required for your position.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders across the organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in a relevant field, such as Mass Communication, Marketing, Education, or Training
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems independently
  • Creative and strategic thinker, capable of understanding audience needs and tailoring messaging accordingly
  • Interest in program management, with experience supporting training initiatives, awareness campaigns, and research efforts to implement effective programs
  • Familiarity with social media tools and platforms such as Viva Engage and Canva for content creation and engagement

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Entry Level.

Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
