This is a salaried exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $100,800 – $132,300 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual’s tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual Short Term Incentive bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
This is a hybrid-based opportunity with 25-50% travel expected.
Ideal candidate would reside in Dallas, TX(surrounding areas) and be willing to relocate for the next role in 12-18 months.
