Job Description

 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

As the Digital Lead Business Analyst reporting to the Digital Solutions Manager, you will:

  • Support the launch of strategic e-commerce and digital programs
  • Build and maintain a repository of requirements and process flow documentation
  • Collaborate with business representatives and subject matter experts to develop requirements documentation, data scenarios, and build process excellence for eCommerce and Digital Marketing programs and projects
  • Maintain backlogs

You must thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly evolving environment, possess natural analytical thinking, and effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical users.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing technologies and customer experience to support digital strategy development across business segments, markets, and brands
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to identify market problems, new opportunities, and improve customer experience
  • Break down complex roadmap objectives into manageable projects, initiatives, or features
  • Analyze end-to-end processes and system requirements, documenting and recommending improvements for strategic initiatives
  • Collect and log customer feedback to support product enhancements and process improvements
  • Lead teams in documenting functional and non-functional requirements using various elicitation techniques, ensuring alignment with business strategy
  • Maintain product documentation, including use cases and detailed configuration and design specifications
  • Support product backlog grooming by managing requirements, enhancements, production defects, and tasks
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Digital Manager on project execution, including releases, programs, and portfolio management
  • Recommend process optimizations and improvements
  • Participate in evaluating new platforms, tools, and technologies
  • Develop training materials and process improvements
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail, effectively managing multiple priorities
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, translating technical information for non-technical audiences
  • Display a proactive, forward-thinking attitude and creative problem-solving ability

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • A BS or MS in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field. 
  • 8-10 years of related experience and/or training is required. Certifications are a plus.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Proven Business Analyst experience working with packaged eCommerce or CMS platforms at an agency and/or client-side for large, matrixed marketing organizations
  • As a member of the Digital Marketing team, data-driven planning and reporting will be critical to success
  • Demonstrated experience with industry best practices and an understanding of different technologies.
  • Ability to think ahead to forecast issues and market changes and resolve challenges with the business, teams, vendors, partners, and Product Managers.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies processes and application development lifecycle
  • Strong written and oral communication abilities
  • Experience with PaaS, SaaS, DaaS platforms is a plus

 

WHAT WE OFFER: 

Lennox offers employees a variety of flexible work options.  This position is a hybrid role working Monday through Thursday in the office with the option to work on Friday at home.

 

Compensation:

This is a salaried exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $116,000-145,000 annually.  Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual’s tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

 

Employees in this role are also eligible for annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.  Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 10 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
