As a Senior Auditor - Retail, you will plan and perform financial and operational audits of a highly developed nature to determine if business units are conducting operations in accordance with established guidelines, polices, and procedures.  The work will require advanced professional knowledge and experience in auditing principles and practices.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Plan methods to be followed in the conduct of audits, recommend activities to be examined, the extent of examination and establish completion schedules.
• Develop audit programs for specific audits or operating entities.
• Examine records, documents, methods, policies, costs and other factors.
• Identify weaknesses and make recommendations.
• Prepare audit reports and review audit findings with managers.
• Coordinate the preparation of reports summarizing audit results.
• Assist / conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and internal policy violations.
• Manage projects as assigned.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance. 
• At least 3 years related experience.
• SAP experience highly desired.
• Experience in retail and distribution environments highly desired.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify risks and control weaknesses.
• Experience developing and implementing process improvements.
• Experience with data analytics and data analytic tools.
• Experience building effective partnerships and maximizing business relationships.
• Project and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focus on details.
• Excellent leadership and developmental skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong critical reasoning skills, independent judgment, and objectivity.
• Certification or certification candidacy (CPA, CIA, or CFE) strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

The compensation range for this position is approximately $80,000 - $105,000 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education
