Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions to attract leads and drive demand for key growth initiatives in our Lennox Commercial HVAC business.  

This highly visible role reports to the Manager of Marketing Operations and the ideal candidate is a high performer focused on driving results and supporting business growth. This role is appropriate for someone who enjoys collaborating across multiple departments and functions, is business savvy, and can solve problems creatively while also analyzing and communicating success. This critical role is an integral part of the Marketing Operations team and will work in close collaboration with the sales and brand teams to deliver tools and campaigns designed to generate demand and ultimately convert marketing qualified leads into satisfied customers.  This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by executing campaigns tied to some of the most visible and important growth areas of the company. 

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Execute demand generating campaigns: Oversee the execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns tied to key growth initiatives, ensuring effective communication of deliverables and expectations to all stakeholders. Campaigns can include a variety of tactics and responsibilities can include oversight of email campaigns, website updates, PPC campaigns, sales collateral creation, promotions, and other activities designed to drive demand, generate leads and support revenue goals.  
  • Campaign analytics and reporting: Manage campaign tracking and reporting utilizing a combination of MarTech platforms, CRM data and sales analytics, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.  
  • Promotions management and execution: Oversee the annual promotion strategy and plan and execute promotions in collaboration with the sales and product management team, generating sales lift and reporting on success.  
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with other departments including sales, product, supply chain, finance, training, IT and more to align on and execute demand generation strategies tied to key growth initiatives. 
  • Vendor management: Oversee the work and track spend related to third-party vendors like marketing research firms, marketing agencies and videographers/photographers supporting demand generation campaigns.
  • Process improvements: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes related promotions and field sales support.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  
  • 2-5 years of experience with demand gen or digital marketing campaigns, ideally within a B2B capacity.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content. 
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to understand how the business operates on a wider scale. 
  • Previous working experience with Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing. 
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing and interpreting data and making data-driven decisions. 
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies. 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change. 
  • Desire to collaborate, learn and grow in the demand generation field.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $64k - $84k and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.
