Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Supply Chain Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving our supply chain processes, utilizing data to inform strategic decisions, and driving efficiencies across the organization. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a thorough understanding of supply chain principles, and the ability to communicate insights effectively.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports.  
  • Leverage advanced analytics tools and technologies to enhance supply chain visibility and performance.  
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.  
  • Use KPIs and dashboard data to analyze trends, performance issues, and opportunities for improvement.  
  • Create regular reports or ad hoc analysis for leadership that summarizes findings, trends, and areas of concern based on KPIs and dashboard metrics.  
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate existing supply chain processes and workflows, recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity using Lean/Six Sigma, Kaizen workshops or other continuous improvement methodologies.    
  • Develop supply chain business analytics Playbook in Lennox Unified Management System (LUMS) repositories.    
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, inventory planning, sales and revenue operations to ensure alignment and support for supply chain initiatives.  
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of supply chain operations and drive continuous improvement.  
  • Standardize Data Collection: Establish standardized processes and methods for collecting, reporting, and analyzing data for KPIs. This ensures consistency and accuracy in reporting.  
  • Data Governance: Ensure data used in the dashboards complies with organization policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. 

 

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:  

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, business analysis, or a similar role. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of supply chain management systems (e.g., SAP). 
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations clearly and effectively. 
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting. 
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. 

 

WHAT WE OFFER: 

  

Compensation: 

This is a salaried exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $93,500-$115,500 annually.  Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual’s tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. 

  

Employees in this role are also eligible for annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable planEmployees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
