The Assembler 1 is an entry-level position responsible for assembling components and products according to detailed specifications and work instructions. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively as part of a production team.

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Assemble components and products using blueprints, diagrams, and instructions
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment for assembly tasks
• Inspect assembled products to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify and report defects or issues with components or finished goods
• Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve issues
• Cross-train on multiple tasks and workstations across the production line
• Assist in training new team members as needed
• Perform other standard production or operator tasks as needed

What You’ll Need

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, tape measures, and diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Understanding of basic manufacturing safety protocols

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 35 pounds
• Willingness to learn basic machinery operations
