Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will support Allied Air’s residential brand portfolio, ensuring brand consistency and strategic execution across all marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in developing brand messaging, creating content, executing campaigns, collaborating with agencies, and providing administrative support to drive awareness, engagement, and sales growth.

 

Brand Stewardship & Strategy

  • Assist in maintaining consistency in messaging, design, and positioning across all channels while distinguishing between our Flagship and Value brands.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure adherence across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing management, and leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Content Development & Execution

  • Create high-impact marketing materials, including brochures, sales sheets, presentations, videos, web content, and digital assets.
  • Develop marketing campaigns tailored to distributors, dealers, and consumers, leveraging insights from market research and cross-functional groups (i.e., sales, product marketing managers, etc.) feedback to improve in-market execution and brand presence.
  • Ensure that counter sales teams have the necessary materials and messaging to effectively engage dealers.
  • Write compelling copy for print, digital, and social media channels, ensuring messaging is engaging and aligned with brand positioning.
  • Develop and manage materials and toolkits that educate and empower dealers and distributors.

Campaign, Agency, & Digital Marketing Execution

  • Support digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, website content, and paid media initiatives.
  • Work closely with creative, advertising, and public relations agencies to develop brand-aligned campaigns, messaging, and content strategies.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and business goals.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing projects.

Administrative Support & Project Coordination

  • Manage marketing project timelines to ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and communications with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and vendor management related to marketing activities.
  • Maintain organized documentation of marketing assets, brand guidelines, and project materials.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead projects with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with product marketing management, sales, and external partners to drive brand growth.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within durable goods manufacturing

Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience in brand management, content creation, sales support, marketing, and agency collaboration.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing automation platforms.

This role is based in the office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

 

WHAT WE OFFER: 

 

Compensation:

This is a salaried exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $82,000 -102,000 annually.  Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual’s tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

 

Employees in this role are also eligible for annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.  Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 10 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
