WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

The Lennox Learning Solutions team is looking for a Training Consultant III to manage our Learning Center platform and Learning Management System (LMS). This position is critical to achieving our goals for supporting employee and customer training. This position will manage all administrative and technical aspects of the LMS.

Key Duties

  • Publishes, tests, and archives online or blended learning solutions. Manages the course asset library and maintains hierarchies for audiences for training assignments
  • Analyzes data and recommends solutions to utilize the LMS to deliver, track training, and measure performance to meet organizational objectives.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to identify and execute Customer Experience Improvements, efficiency, automation, and process streamlining.
  • Develops and updates standardized and customized reporting on a regular basis to provide course completion status and support decision making for training development.
  • Utilizes learning metrics to foster a culture of continuous improvement, drive system utilization, and consistently improve the end-user experience.
  • Recommends methods that best leverage the LMS for learning campaigns and support for employee and dealer development.
  • Monitors emerging technologies to assess current and future state needs. Evaluates technology solutions for LMS integration.
  • Provides instruction and support to end-users and troubleshoots issues as needed.
  • Works with third-party content providers and e-learning vendors to ensure content is current, relevant and functioning appropriately.
  • Works closely with LII IT department to develop and maintain procedures and policies to ensure the security and integrity of LMS. Creates and maintains technical procedures and policy documentation.
  • Identifies and communicates opportunities for process and quality improvements by providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements.
  • Manages all live webinars from the Learning Management System.
  • Leads quarterly LMS audits to ensure Instructor Led Course Registration automated emails, links to content, pricing and course schedule are up to date and functioning.

REGULAR SALARY EXEMPT ROLES

This is a salaried exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $74,400 – $97,650 annually.  Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual’s tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

 

Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual Broad Base bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.  Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Learning Management System experience; administration, reporting and analytics, or similar experience
  • Experience in creating, running, and distributing standard and sophisticated custom reports
  • Experience managing, implementation and development of a learning management system in an organization
  • Previous experience with CORNERSTONE - CSOD LMS platform is preferred
  • Familiarity with SCORM and xAPI
  • Instructional Design Experience, and video editing experience is a big plus
  • HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge
