We are looking for a Senior Operations leader for our Value department. This role is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures for a business. We are looking for a leader who can motivate and inspire their team members and hold people accountable. This leader must have the ability to build strong relationships and work closely with other leaders on driving performance, improving operations, and hitting key initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and deliver key performance metrics, including safety, quality, cost, and throughput.
  • Lead manufacturing operations by implementing best practices and standard work processes.
  • Develop staffing forecasts, manage facility requirements, and align resources to meet production goals.
  • Maintain inventory control standards and ensure the timely availability of materials.
  • Set and enforce production time, quality, and safety standards.
  • Lead technical and engineering functions related to manufacturing operations.
  • Partner with design engineering to develop, launch, and sustain cost-effective equipment and processes.
  • Lead and track capital expenditure projects and departmental budgets.
  • Identify and implement methods to reduce operating costs and cycle time.
  • Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Support and develop front-line leaders and promote accountability and open communication.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and lean principles.
  • Expertise in safety, environmental regulations, and quality systems.
  • Demonstrated success in budget forecasting, capital planning, and KPI management.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage with senior leadership.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What We Offer

 

This position is 100% onsite in the Stuttgart, Arkansas, manufacturing facility.

 

Compensation:

This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role is between $134,000 - $150,000 annually.  Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual’s tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for a 15% annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
